In short: Amagi has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We restrict contact between adults and minors, review child safety reports first, remove abusive content, ban the accounts involved and report them to the authorities. Anyone can report a concern in the app or by email.
Amagi has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and any sexualisation of minors. These standards apply to every part of the app: profiles, posts, stories, comments, chat, calls, live streams and recordings.
What is prohibited
- Any content that sexualises minors, including drawings, AI-generated images and text.
- Contacting a minor with sexual intent, asking a minor for intimate images, or arranging to meet a minor offline.
- Sharing, requesting, trading or linking to CSAM anywhere in the app.
- Threatening or blackmailing a minor (sextortion), or encouraging a minor to self-harm.
Age rules
- You must be at least 16 to create an account. The date of birth is checked by our servers, and only our support team can correct it.
- Adults can send private messages to and call users under 18 only if they are friends (both accepted the friend request). Teenagers' age, date of birth and city are not shown to other users.
- Payouts, selling in shops and selling paid posts are for adults only.
- A parent can link their account to a teenager's account and set limits. See Rules for minors and parents.
How to report
- In the app: tap Report on a profile, post, Reel, comment, story or live stream, and choose Child safety. In a chat, Report sends a request to our support team.
- By email, also without an account: write to support@amagi.social with the subject “Child safety”. Please do not attach illegal material — send the username and a link instead.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services first.
What we do
- Reports in the child safety category get the highest priority in our moderation queue, and our safety team is alerted immediately.
- Images, videos and live covers are checked automatically after upload; content with a high score is hidden at once and doubtful content goes to a moderator. When automatic checks are unavailable, new posts are not recommended until a moderator has reviewed them. Text with child-safety terms is blocked.
- Confirmed CSAE leads to immediate removal of the content, a permanent ban of the account and preservation of evidence.
- We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent authorities in the country concerned, as required by law.
- We cooperate with law enforcement requests made through proper legal channels.
Child safety contact
