Delete your Amagi account
In the app
- Open Amagi and go to your Profile.
- Open Settings → Account and Security.
- Tap Delete account, choose a reason and confirm.
You will be signed out and your account will be deactivated immediately.
Without the app
Send an email to privacy@amagi.social with the subject “Delete my Amagi account” and include your username and the phone number or email linked to the account. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm that you own the account. We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, photos, posts, stories, comments and messages are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
- Unused coins, diamonds and other virtual items are lost and cannot be restored or refunded. Request a payout of available earnings before deleting your account.
What we keep
We keep only what we are required to keep by law or need to prevent fraud and resolve disputes — for example purchase and payout records — for the period required by law, after which it is deleted.
