Safety

To report a user, post, message or live stream, open its menu (⋯) and choose Report. To stop someone contacting you, open their profile and choose Block. Read the Community Guidelines.

Purchases

Coins are bought through Google Play or the App Store and are added to your balance after the store confirms the payment — this usually takes a few seconds. If coins did not arrive, restart the app; if they still do not appear, contact us with the order number. Refunds are handled by the store under its rules.

Account

Can’t sign in? Use the same phone number, Google or Apple account you registered with — a new verification code is sent each time you sign in by phone. If you have lost access to it, contact us from the email linked to your account. To delete your account see Delete your account.
