Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Amagi app and website (the “Service”) provided by SviySoft. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old (or older if required in your country) to use the Service.
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.
- One person may not create accounts to evade a suspension.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute your content only as needed to operate and promote the Service. You confirm that you have the rights to what you post and that it follows the Community Guidelines. We may remove content and restrict accounts that break these Terms.
3. Live streams, calls and messages
Live streams and audio rooms are public unless marked private. Do not record or redistribute other users’ streams or calls without their consent. We may end a stream that breaks the rules.
4. Virtual items: coins, gifts and diamonds
- Coins are a virtual item you can buy through Google Play or the App Store and spend on gifts and features in the app. Coins are a limited licence, not money or property, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the Service.
- All coin purchases are final, except where a refund is required by law or granted under the rules of the store you purchased from. If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding coins may be removed.
- Diamonds are credited to creators when they receive gifts. Diamonds can be converted into coins or, where available, paid out under the payout rules. We may review payouts and withhold them in case of fraud, abuse or violations of these Terms.
- Prices, rates and limits are shown in the app and may change. Balances are calculated by our servers; in case of an error we may correct them.
5. Prohibited use
You may not: break the law; post content prohibited by the Community Guidelines; harass or threaten others; spam, scam or manipulate other users; use bots or automated access; attempt to access other accounts or our systems without permission; interfere with the Service; or exploit bugs to obtain virtual items. Report bugs to support@amagi.social.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms. Virtual items on terminated accounts may be forfeited, except where the law provides otherwise. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.
7. Ads and third-party services
The Service may show ads and use third-party services (for example Google, Apple, ZEGOCLOUD). Their use is subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for user content, or for interruptions of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing law and disputes

10. Changes
We may change these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
