Streamer Agreement

This agreement applies in addition to the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines when you host live streams or audio rooms on Amagi.
1. Streaming rules
- You must be at least 16 years old (or older if required in your country) and follow the Community Guidelines during the whole stream, including co-hosts and guests you invite.
- You are responsible for what appears and is heard in your stream. Do not stream other people without their consent, and do not stream copyrighted content you have no rights to.
- Do not ask viewers for gifts in exchange for prohibited content, and do not mislead viewers.
2. Gifts and earnings
- When viewers send gifts, you receive diamonds according to the rate shown in the app. The rate may change; the rate at the moment of the gift applies.
- If you are a member of an agency, part of your diamonds may be credited to the agency as shown in the app.
- Diamonds are not money. They can be converted into coins or paid out under the payout rules.
- Diamonds obtained through fraud, abuse, refunded purchases or violations may be removed.
3. Taxes
You are responsible for declaring and paying taxes on your earnings under the laws of your country.
4. Enforcement
We may end streams, restrict streaming, withhold payouts under review, or terminate this agreement if you break the rules.
