Responsible for content
Content published by users in the app (posts, comments, messages, live streams and other user content) is the responsibility of the users who publish it. We act on such content under our Terms of Use, the Community Guidelines and the law.
Reporting illegal content
Anyone, including people without an account, can notify us of content they consider illegal: in the app with Report, or by email to support@amagi.social with the link to the content, the reason why it is illegal, your name and email (except for reports of child sexual abuse material, which can be sent without a name) and a statement that the report is made in good faith. How we handle notices is described in the Terms of Use. For child safety, see Child safety standards.
Dispute resolution
- The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; we therefore do not link to it.
- We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless the law requires it.
- Users in the EU can refer disputes about our content moderation decisions to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Art. 21 of the Digital Services Act. Details are in the Terms of Use.
- Data protection complaints can be lodged with a supervisory authority; see the Privacy Policy.
